Note: 30 Day Minimum Rental

Located one block up the hill from Dolores Park in the Dolores Heights/Liberty Hill Districts, this beautiful flat was built in 1915 and has been meticulously renovated. It is centrally located, a stone’s throw from Noe Valley’s 24th Street, the Castro, and the hip Valencia/Guerrero/Mission Street corridor.

Behind the updated Edwardian façade, you’ll find a spacious, 1600 square foot (149 square meters) flat filled with natural light. There is beautiful period detail, combined with refinished hardwood floors and designer lighting throughout.

The spacious living room has peek-a-boo views of the City and is equipped with a flat screen TV.  Choose from over 200 Direct TV channels, including HBO!

Adjacent to the living room, separated by sliding pocket doors, you’ll find a large sitting room, complete with a desk and twin-size daybed which sleeps one.

There are two spacious bedrooms, located at opposite ends of the flat for ultimate privacy! The front bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and the rear master-suite has a king-size bed. Enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep in luxurious 800 thread count Egyptian cotton linens, combined with down pillows and comforters (down alternative bedding is available upon request). There is a sitting/dressing room off of the master-suite for additional comfort.

The bathroom is remodeled with a bright orange, restored 6 foot Victorian iron claw tub! There is a full shower over the tub and a custom vanity with Duravit sink.

Start your day off in the gourmet kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances (gas stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender/food processor), Italian tile floors and Caesar stone countertops. Don’t miss the pantry/laundry room adjacent to the kitchen, with a side-by-side washer and dryer!

Beyond the kitchen is a dining area which seats 6.  The dining area opens onto a private deck, where you can end the day relaxing with a glass of wine or grilling on the gas barbecue!

The flat is conveniently located close to all modes of transportation, including the J Church Muni line and highways 101 and 280. It is a short distance to hip gourmet restaurants, shopping and Whole Foods, Bi-Rite and Mollie Stone’s gourmet markets.

Neighborhood Gallery

NOE VALLEY
Noe Valley was developed at the end of the 19th century and the early 20th century, primarily after the 1906 earthquake. The neighborhood contains many examples of the classic Victorian and Edwardian architecture for which San Francisco is famous. 24th Street is the hub of Noe Valley; you’ll find gourmet restaurants, coffee shops (Martha & Brothers, Starbucks), boutiques and a Whole Foods Market. Enjoy the farmer’s market every Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm, located at 3861 24th Street, between Sanchez and Vicksburg.  Further up on Church Street, between 26th and 30th Streets, you’ll find a variety of gourmet restaurants, including Incantro, La Ciccia & India Clay Oven.

MISSION DOLORES
Mission Dolores is home to City’s oldest surviving structure. The Mission was founded on June 29, 1776 and is a “must see” for all visitors to San Francisco. Dolores Park is a few blocks away and is bound by 18th, 20th, Church and Dolores Streets. You can expect to find lots of “local color” everyday at Dolores Park, from dog lovers, to sunbathers, athletes and gourmet picnickers! The block of 18th Street between Dolores and Guerrero is a dining destination, with renowned restaurants Delfina, Delfina Pizzeria, Tartine and Farina all within a two block walk.   For gourmet food shopping, stop by popular Bi-Rite Market and for a quick bite to eat and people watch, stroll down to Dolores Park Café….and don’t forget to stop by Bi-Rite Creamery for a scoop of artisan, hand made ice cream (salted carmel or honey lavender is to die for!)  Continue further along to Valencia Street, which offers music venues for many tastes, fashionable boutiques and an array of ethnic dining options to satisfy even the most discriminating diners.

CASTRO
The Castro district is one of America’s first and best known gay neighborhoods. With its abundant cafes, restaurants and shops, it offers some of the most colorful and vibrant living in the city.  Castro Street (between Market and 19th Streets) is the main hub. You’ll also find a multitude of shops along Market Street, between Castro and Sanchez Streets. For a night out on the town, try out the following bars/clubs: Bad Lands, Midnight Sun, Trigger, The Lookout to name a few. A great place to catch some afternoon sun and people watch is Café Flore, an institution located at the corner of Market and Noe Streets. Fine dining includes Catch Restaurant, 2223 Market, Lime, Barracuda, Star Belly, Frances, and L’Ardoise…these are only a handful of the many choices available to visit!
